1. If the candidate cancels within four weeks of the course start date then 50% of the fees are refundable.
2. If the candidate cancels within two weeks of the course start date then the fees are non-refundable.
3. If cancellations occur due to any visa issues, conditions 1 and 2 are still applicable.
4. Fees payable to MQ Training Service Ltd do not include travel and accommodation costs.
5. Overseas customers are welcome to register and attend our courses. MQ Training Services cannot be held responsible for, or liable for, any losses associated with unsuccessful visa applications.
6. We reserve the right to send course invitations only after payment in full, including UK taxes, is received.
7. All courses are provisional until confirmed by MQ Training Services.
